We may ask the question continuously, but the answer lies in our understanding of men. What does a man want out of a relationship? What does his schedule contain? What commitments did he have before offering the phone call? It seems as if we have more questions to follow the first, but the truth lies in the man’s actions. Why don t men call when they promise? The only answer available is – he feels that he’s obligated to keep the promise.

The promise to call someone can weigh heavily if you really do not want to talk to that person. Sometimes men feel they have better things to do; if you miss him, you’ll call him. Women call men to find out why they did not all in the first place then it become a balanced conversation. The men who follow through with their calls are more interested in the person they’re speaking to; it’s obvious if you listen to their tone of voice and the smile plastered on their faces when speaking to you.
